When you subscribe or submit a form, you may receive emails from USMilitaryMoves. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting info@usmilitarymoves.com. Transactional emails directly related to your inquiry or agent connection are separate from marketing communications and may still be sent while your inquiry is active.

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances: (1) with real estate agents or professionals you specifically requested a connection with; (2) with our service providers (email delivery, hosting, analytics) strictly for the purpose of operating the platform; (3) if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users. We do not share your information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Our site uses Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting, and analytics services. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services to us and are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes. Each has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.

We do not request, store, or share duty station details, deployment information, unit assignments, or security clearance information. We encourage you not to submit sensitive operational information through any form on this site.
