North Las Vegas is most affordable and convenient. Henderson and Summerlin are premium but excellent. Las Vegas has a large VA loan-savvy lending community.
Commute
Las Vegas Boulevard (Strip) is not your commute route. I-15 and I-215 are the primary highways. North Las Vegas is 10 to 15 min to Nellis gates. Henderson is 30 to 45 min.
